In order to make the most of our services, it is important that you understand the process. You need not worry, as it is not complicated, and will only require you to commit for a little while. As a professional specialist and expert in his fields, Carlos does not leave your care to chance or hope. He will not sit for months or even years talking in circles hoping for inspiration that never arrives. He is proactive in what he does, treating your personal, relational and familial issues with the respect and urgency that they deserve. Furthermore, although circumstance, history, relationships, etc., are specific to the individual, as a specialist, he understand the general mechanics and causation of your issues and how to effectively resolve them. And is therefore best placed to help you.
He utilises a universal process for all his services including Anger Management, Couple Counselling, and Stress, Anxiety, Depression, & general Counselling. The process is simple and has three basic parts: Analysis, Resolution and Implementation. They are an ongoing cycle and all appointments will contain this cycle. It is a supported process and you can rely on him to guide and assist you through it until you are self-sufficient and fully able you maintain healthy psychology and relationships perpetually on your own.
Analysis – Carlos is a very skilled analyst and together, we will discover the true nature and cause of your problem. It is impossible to resolve any issue, overcome problems or improve anything without an accurate understanding of it. No matter the goal. Be it to overcome Anger, Stress, Anxiety, Relationship issues, Depression or any other issue. He will help you fully understand what is happening and why.
Resolution – To effectively and sustainably change, improve or overcome anything can never be a random process or a stroke of luck. It requires skill, experience and an accurate understanding of issues in the present moment. Carlos and you together will discover the best way to help you. He will help you discover the best route to improve your and your family’s life.
Implementation – To improve anything, one must accurately implement an effective ‘solution’ or change. This is the work that must be done between appointments and Carlos will support and guide you through it. It is not about just turning up to an appointment and then waiting for the next hoping for some divine inspiration or intervention to change something. You are the master of your destiny. You have autonomy and Agency and the ability to shape your life in the way that you wish. You will grow and change from day one until you achieve the outcomes you desire. It will take an amount of time and effort but you will be amazed at the results and proud of all that you will achieve.
This is an ongoing cyclic process. As the process moves forward it will change the issues and circumstances and therefore one must pay attention and adapt to the changes to achieve the desired results.
